'Between what happens to us and our response is a space.
In that space lies our freedom to choose our response.'
Stephen CoveyWhat is The Calm Choice?
The Calm Choice is a programme especially designed to empower individuals, employees and clients who want to improve their health and wellbeing.
These unique and award-winning sessions in stress management were created by Holistic Physiotherapists, Anna Young & Robyn Silverton. They enable people to identify the stress patterns in their life, then learn strategies and techniques to manage them.
The Calm Choice guides individuals and groups along a path of self-exploration by highlighting their essential mind - body connection. It offers practical tools - in the form of yoga, breath work and relaxation - to decrease negative stress and increase a sense of calm and balance in their lives.

Excessive stress (from the office, the home, or often both) directly leads to poor health, decreased creativity & productivity and unhappy relations.
Neuroscientist Sara Lazar's amazing brain scans show meditation can actually change the size of key regions of our brain, improving our memory and making us more empathetic, compassionate, and resilient under stress.

Our Team
We share a passionate belief that an individual’s wellbeing is improved significantly when any physical imbalance is addressed alongside their mental, emotional and spiritual states.
We aim to empower our clients with greater self-awareness, enabling them to re-balance and reconnect to their true essence.
Making the world a healthier and happier place is at the heart of all our work.Anna Heath
Ever since I discovered our health was dependant on so much more than physical injury, I have been driven to understand the human body on a much deeper level.
Trained in various complimentary skills, combined with my physiotherapy background, I treat my clients in a multi-dimensional way.
With extensive experience in the NHS and private hospital sectors, I have developed a unique and gentle approach that offers both healing and positive long-term change.Robyn Silverton
.As a qualified physiotherapist I have a strong foundation in the anatomy and physiology of the body.
However, for 20 years I have explored the vital role that emotions, beliefs, and our spirit has on health and wellbeing.
I have extensive training and experience in energy integration, fascial release, intuitive guidance and yoga. This combination means I address health issues with a truly holistic and practical approach.
