What is The Calm Choice?
The Calm Choice is a programme especially designed to empower individuals, employees and clients who want to improve their health and wellbeing.
These unique and award-winning sessions in stress management were created by Holistic Physiotherapists, Anna Young & Robyn Silverton. They enable people to identify the stress patterns in their life, then learn strategies and techniques to manage them.
The Calm Choice guides individuals and groups along a path of self-exploration by highlighting their essential mind - body connection. It offers practical tools - in the form of yoga, breath work and relaxation - to decrease negative stress and increase a sense of calm and balance in their lives.
What We Offer
This session offers the participants a new understanding of the impact stress may be having on their health and life.
The combination of a visual presentation alongside guided relaxation and meditation, enables a unique experiential experience.
Each individual will leave with a greater sense of calm as well as informed insight into how they could live a healthier life.

However, for 20 years I have explored the vital role that emotions, beliefs, and our spirit has on health and wellbeing.
I have extensive training and experience in energy integration, fascial release, intuitive guidance and yoga. This combination means I address health issues with a truly holistic and practical approach.
